Custom products and the cooling-off period
- Products made to your specification (text, icons, colors, sizes, uploaded photos) are customized goods and are excluded from the 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act. Please check the preview and summary before ordering.
- Ready-to-ship items are covered by the 7-day cooling-off period; returned items must be complete, and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Defects and reprints
- If an item arrives with print defects, damage or does not match your design, contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt and we will reprint or refund. See the printing notes below for what counts as normal and what counts as a defect.
Normal range (not defects)
- Fine visible layer lines, more noticeable on slopes and curves; one thin seam line.
- A shinier or textured underside; rougher surfaces where supports touched.
- Slight color bleeding where colors meet on multi-color items; fine stringing or tiny pinholes.
- Dimensions within about ±0.3 mm; slightly rounded edges on text and icons.
- Color differences caused by screens, lighting and filament batches; photo prints depend on the photo you uploaded.
Material and use
- PLA is not heat resistant: it deforms in a hot car, near heat sources or in hot water, and fades in prolonged sunlight.
- Not food-grade and not a certified toy; keep small parts away from young children.
- Not load-bearing, structural or medical.
- Clean with water and a soft cloth; no dishwasher or high heat.
What counts as a defect
- Layer separation, holes, missing material or parts, leftover supports, obvious warping.
- Wrong color, wrong text or icon, wrong placement, wrong photo.
- Clearly wrong dimensions or parts that do not fit together.
- Contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt and we will reprint or refund; the normal range above is excluded.
Payment and cancellation
- Bank-transfer orders must be paid by the deadline or they are cancelled automatically.
- You can cancel before production starts; customized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- PR sample requests are reviewed by us; if not approved they can be converted to a regular paid order.
Designs and licensing
- Licensed designs always credit the original creator; we only sell printed physical products and never provide or resell model files.
- Text, icons and photos you upload must be content you have the right to use; we may decline to make content that infringes others’ rights.
- Shared Imagine combos are frozen as shared; anyone can view and buy the same combo.
Accounts
- Accounts are verified by email sign-in links; keep your mailbox secure.
- Partner roles (merchants, designers, printers) are by invitation and subject to a separate agreement.
